  • What if I am running late?
    Hurry. Just kidding...kind of. All appointments start and end on time. Unfortunately, I can't push your appointment because it has a domino effect on the rest of the day. So, please give your self ample driving and parking time.
  • What if I have to cancel or reschedule?
    If it's more than 24 hours before the appointment, you must reschedule or cancel using the link on the confirmation email you received when booking. We don't offer refunds for appointments if it's less than 24 hours notice.
  • What color backdrop do you use?
    Gray. Good ole gray. Or grey, if you're a Brit. After talking with a ton of casting directors, gray seems to be the industry standard. It's not preferred, but you can still wear shades of gray (yes I know I typed that) and not blend into the backdrop because you are in focus and it's not. :) A light blue is also in the mix if you would like something with a bit more oooooomph. Tends to work best for commercial auditions.
  • I don't see any appointment slots online - what gives?
    I have a life. Who am I kidding? I don't have a life, but I do on occasion have whole days that are booked up. If you don't see an appointment slot online feel free to email me and see if I have any cancellations. However, if I don't get back to you, it's me - not you. I simply don't have any cancellations and can't accommodate. Hopefully, we can work together on the next one!
  • What if I need more time for my appointment?
    Sometimes you have that scene down cold the night before and the next day it's like a distant memory. IF I don't have another appointment right after you, I will let you extend, but I highly recommend that you give yourself enough time from the start. Trust me I hate it when I have to cut a session short before we get the take you need, but if there's someone waiting it's just not fair to them.
  • I have a suggestion. Who do I tell?

  • Can I bring my own reader for taping?
    You bet your butt you can!
  • Do you work with kids?
    I sure do!
  • What's the turnaround time for tapes?
    Guaranteed by the end of day. If you need a tape expedited, please choose the rush fee on the booking bar and mention it during your appointment.
